Tenants are browsing the internet, searching for property to rent. Generally, they don’t look for long – they’re not buying, they have busy lives and really don’t want to spend week after week on the hunt for a place to rent. This is great news for you!!
This means the tenants can be guided by a great lettings team to sign up for a property sooner in the search than they may have expected!

Your property must shine on the internet. Our adverts speak for themselves so have a closer look. Go to www.rightmove.co.uk and look at properties in your price range. You’ll see the competition (and you’ll understand why we take the time to produce amazing photographs and detailed floor plan). Have a look at our making your property shine tab to see the quality of photography we produce. This can be the difference between the tenants booking a viewing or not! First impressions count.
THE VIEWINGS - WEEKEND OPENINGS
You cannot afford to miss a viewing! Quantum is one of the only lettings agents in the city who are open on both Saturday and Sunday! Not only that, but we have our best viewers working over the weekend as well; so you know you won’t miss a chance to find a tenant (oh and it’s reassuring to know your agent is working that hard for your money!)
THE RIGHT TENANTS
Finding someone who will rent your property is not our aim, it’s finding the RIGHT person that counts!! We ensure that every tenant is fully referenced by a specialist referencing company. We also talk to the tenants at length about their work, their renting history, their plans for housing for the future etc. in order to advise you about the kind of tenant they are. We really do treat your house as our own!

Achieving the best rental figure is something we pride ourselves on. We will always arrive armed with a report of comparable properties to help you understand why we’ve valued your property as we have. There is sometimes a balance between getting the very best rental amount and not having the property sat empty. We again will spend time discussing what’s best for you at your property.
Whether it’s highlighting the location, the condition, the size, the whatever; it’s about ensuring that the property maximises its potential. So rest assured we only let experienced viewers who know the property to show anyone round (especially on a weekend). After all we are sales people first!
