As a founding member of the Agency, I am incredibly proud to lead a super loyal and hardworking team and I take great pride in all our Sales and Lettings business.

Having spent numerous years buying and selling properties with my husband and a lot of hard work, we finally settled in our self-build home, with our son and many family pets. Away from work I spend most of my spare time riding and training my beloved horse and we travel around the North of England competing in Show Jumping events, which allows me to bring out my competitive streak!

I am extremely excited about Quantum’s future and especially ensuring we maintain our high standard of service for all of our clients.

Rachel Cole Sales Negotiator

An expert negotiator Rachel really enjoys meeting new clients and keeping established relationships with returning clients and helping to find them their new home/investment. Sales progression is a big part of Rachels role, with a helpful, honest, direct approach Rachel will always aim high to get the best outcome – clients say it’s like dealing with a friend.
Rachel joined Quantum in 2015 with 8 years experience in the rental side of the industry. Now working in Sales Rachels thrives on seeing a house sale through from brochure to completion day.
In her spare time it’s all about her family and friends – and a cheeky wine when she gets chance to escape from the kids!

Deana Grant Lettings Negotiator

As our longest serving member of staff, with a fantastic memory bank of names and addresses, Deana is always on hand to welcome clients both old and new. She prides herself on having forged long standing client relationships with many of our Landlords and tenants.
Deana has been in the business since 2004, has vast experience, and a keen eye for detail. Deana loves the administration tasks and accounting aspects of the work.
Out of work and with her kids having flown the nest, she loves nothing more than a beer festival or a trip to the races with her husband.

Elizabeth Anderson Lettings Negotiator

Liz has been with the team at Quantum since 2010. She enjoyed a successful time in the sales team. Achieving the accolade of top marks in the Propertymark Residental Sales awards Level 3 Liz was honored in a ceremony at the Houses of parliament.
Liz has explored the energy of our busy Letting team in the past few years and is a Senior member of the team, making deals happen, ensuring paperwork is accurate and maintaining a great relationship with tenants throughout the tenancy.

Emma Skelton Lettings Negotiator

Emma joined Quantum in 2019 having worked in the retail industry. With an interest in property Emma took to her role as a lettings negotiator and quickly qualified with her Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management – England & Wales
Using her experience Emmas’ roles include tenant referencing, creating tenancy agreements, liaising with landlord and tenants and general maintenance across the property portfolio.
As a key member of the team Emma is really enjoying taking on new challenges within the industry and looks forward to her continued progression.

In her spare time Emma loves to spend time with nearest and dearest, walks on the beach, and exploring new cities!

Keith Mawer Maintenance Manager

An experienced handyman in his own right, Keith co-ordinates works needed at houses alongside the team here at Quantum. Able to help Landlords by visiting properties and understanding what is needed in upkeep and maintenance. Keith can offer varied solutions to challenges when needed and keenly price works for Landlords to ensure the best result for the property in the long run, happy tenants and happy Landlords.
Keith is extremely well know in York having had an early career in professional rugby and retail management positions.

Jo Jackson

Jo enjoys busy days on the road covering viewings and property inspections. Having her own property portfolio and a keen interest as an owner and Landlord Jo uses her experience to get a great offer on a sale house or the right tenant for your buy to let.
